12.5 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract
Contract Until: 31/08/2025

Hours are 12.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3.00pm to 5.30pm, 39 weeks per year plus 4 additional weeks split across the major holidays.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible cleaner to join our friendly and hard-working team.

The main purpose of the job:

The cleaner is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school. You will be responsible for specific areas and will be expected to clean to the standard set out. At the direction of the senior leadership team, you may be required to clean other areas around the school.

Main responsibilities and tasks;

- Ability to carry out general cleaning duties as detailed in the cleaning schedule.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Able to manage time effectively to complete tasks to a high level.
- Ability to prioritise work.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Ability to work alone and work as part of a team to achieve specific standards.
- Take pride in a job well done.
- Be flexible to the changing demands of the job.
- To undertake any training relevant to this role.
- To follow the Health and Safety Policy.
- To follow the Safeguarding Policy when working around pupils.
